This is single Plot shaped having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1 no. of exit gate from the 46 m wide front road. Site is surrounded by other plots of farmers from the three sides.
1.8- 2.1m high and 200 mm thick boundary wall designed. Brick work of 9 inches and Rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.
Trimix raod will be used as per design suggested by the architect for internal road.
All internal roads will have narrow footpath with matt finish tiles pavers or equivalent finishes.
Ground water may also be used. Also end user shall be used their individual RO system as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity
Centralized Sewearge system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to STP for treatment. After treatment, water shall be recycled and it will use in gardening , flush tanks and vehicle washing. Overflow from the STP shall connect with Municiple sewerage system in future or a seasonal natural drain running along the site boundary.
Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from roads and other landscape area shall connect to Storm water drain channel and go to Rain water harvesting Pit for recharging the ground water and overflow shall connect with Municiple drain line
There are many green/ landscape area in front / side of building including green parks, play areas for childrens and different recretional activities.
There are different type of tree plantation is proposed at side in order to maintain greenary and natural view.
We have designed the system as per local electricity board and consider centralized transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, STP, Pump room etc

We will use LED Lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights. In STP and Pump Room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor. Terrace will be provided with Solar Voltaic Panels to provide renewable source of energy for common areas in buiding complex.

Sewerage, Storm water and water supply system shall be provided. We have proposed common pump room with primary filteration, transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All sewerage shall go to the STP for recycling the water. Storm water for roof, roads and other area shall connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharging the ground water and overflow shall connect with municiple drain or a seasonal natural drain running along the site boundary.
