This is a single plot having one common gate with entry and exit from the 12 meter road and about 4-5 meter internal road. Site surrounded by other plot on east and West , road of 12 meter in South and municipal drain the North.
Boundary wall is about 1.8 meter high and 230 mm thick shall be design. Brick wall of inches and RCC work in column and beam will be used as per design . MS entrance and exit gates will be developed.
12 meter wide RCC road will be provided as per design and plan by the architect for internal road.
All internal roads will have narrow foothpath of cement stone/curve stone or equivalent finish.
Ground water will be used for supply, end user may use their individual RO system as per their requirements, Overhead tank will be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.
Sewer system will be maintained through municipal sewerage system which is available by government agency.
Storm water system shall be provided Storm water from the roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the storm drain channel and to Rain water harvesting pit for for recharge the ground water and overflow shall be connected with municipal drain line.
There is no park available in the project. However, Green area and plantation will be developed as per the development plan all around the footpath/surroundings and spare areas.
Tree plantation will be provided as per the norms to maintain the greenery and natural view.
We shall design the system per local electricity board and consider centralized transformer , HT Panel, ET Panel, Feeder Pillar, and backup common service like external lightning , Pump Room etc.
Multipurpose Hall, sport area, gymnasium, etc will be constructed as per the drawings.
Sewerage disposal system will be maintain through the municipal lines of sewage.
Solid waste management and disposal will be provided through any registered agency.
Well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided for water conservation.
We will use energy saving LED lightning , fitting in external area and solar system may be provided if required. In STP and pump room etc., all the equipments shall have energy efficient monitor.
Fire Stairs and other fire prevention system will be installed as per the government norms. Fire NOC attached.
Sewerage ,storm water and water supply system, green area shall be provided.
Fire stairs and fire safety services will be provided.
Other services like rain water system, green area , Foothpath etc. will be provided as per architectural plan.
