This is single plot of rectangular shape, having total 3 no. of entry gate in which 1 main gate having grand entrance from the 45 m wise front road and rest of 2 are secondary gates from 24 m wide road. Site is surronded by other plots on one side and 30m wide road.

Sewerage, storm water and water supply system shall be provided. We have proposed common pump room with primary filteration, transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All sewage shall go to STP for recycling the water. Storm water for roof, roads and other area shall be connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharging the ground water and overflow shall connect with municiple drain.
Balcony will also be used for evacuation. Assembly points areas will be demarcated for earthquake and other possible disasters.
