This is a single plot of rectangular shape, having total 3 no. of entry gate in which 1 main gate having a grand entrance from the 45m wide front road and rest of 2 are secondary gates from 24 m wide road. Site is surrounded by other plots on one side and 30m wide road.

STP of Capacity 720 KLD shall be provided. Treated water shall be used for Flushing, irrigation, carwash, pathway cleaning & excess water shall be discharged into the Municipal Sewer as per site.
There is a proper garbage collection area provided for solid waste management.
Rain Water Harvesting facilities shall be provided & treated sewage water shall be recycled to the extent feasible.
Solar panels shall be provided on the terrace for renewable energy. Energy purchased from the grid/ power supply company & metering will be done as per electricity supply authority guideline.
Fire Tender path shall be provided as per NBC. Fire Fighting system along with pumps & water storage tanks shall be provided as per NBC & NOC from Fire Department.
"Sewerage, Storm water and water supply system shall be provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room with Primary filtration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use & Flushing goes down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All Sewage shall go to the STP for recycling the water. Stormwater for Roof, Roads and other areas shall be connected to the Stormwater drain channel and go to the Rainwater harvesting Pit for recharge the Groundwater and overflow shall be connected with Municipal drain."
The balcony will also be used for evacuation. Assembly points areas will be demarcated for earthquake and other possible disasters
