Demarcation of Plots

This is single plot of rectangular shape , having total 2 no. of entry gate in which both gate having grand entrance from the 24m wide front road . Site is surronded by other plot on one side and 24m wide road.

Boundary Wall

1.8 - 2.4m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed . Brick work work and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. Entrance gates will be created at the main entrance .

Road Work

There are a proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

Rain Water Harvesting facilities shall be provided & treated sewage water shall be recycled to the extent feasible.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Solar panels shall be provided on terrace for renewable energy. Energy purchased from the grid/ power supply company & metering will be done as per electricity supply authority guideline.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire Tender path shall be provided as per NBC. Fire Fighting system along with pumps & water storage tanks shall be provided as per NBC & NOC from Fire Department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage ,Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room with Primary filteration,Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use & Flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All Sewgage shall be go to the STP for recycling the water. Storm water for Roof,Roads and other area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municiple drain.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Balcony will also be used for evacuation.Assembly points areas will be demarcated for earthquake and other possible disasters
