Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Two sides open plot with 24 meter wide road on One side and 45 meter wide sector road on other side. Proper demarcation of plot is completed as per approved layout of the competant authority.

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall of the said plot will be constructed with the combination of RCC columns and brick wall in between. It will be finished with red sand stone annd MS grill.

Road Work

7.5 and 9 Meter drive way will be provided in trimix concrete road. On top of this, a layer finish of cement concrete pavement tiles / stamped concreting will be done.

Footpaths

Footpaths inside the complex will be constructed with a mix of colored cement concrete and a combination of checkered tiles and granite.

Partial solar energy will be utilized as per the bye-laws of competent authority and as per approved building plans.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All rules annd regulations of NBC is being followed. Water sprinklers system with automatic upright / pendent side wall sprinklers on each floor as per the national building code - 2016. Intelligent fire detection and alarm system in the entire building will be provided.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Fire staircase has been provided on each floor for emergency evacuation. Intelligent fire detection and alarm system with emergency voice evacuation system will be installed.
