THE PROPER PROVISION OF DRAINAGE HAS BEEN PROVIDED AS PER THE NORMS AND BYE-LAWS OF DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. A WELL DESIGNED DRAINAGE SYSTEM CONNECTED TO THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT OF SUITABLE CAPACITY WILL BE ESTABLISHED.

ALL GUIDELINES AND BYE-LAWS OF COMPETENT AUTHORITY WILL BE FOLLOWED FOR CONSERVATION OF NATURAL WATER. RAINWATER HARVESTING SYSTEM WILL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED MAPS AND LAYOUTS FROM THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
PARTIAL SOLAR ENERGY WILL BE UTILIZED AS PER THE BYE-LAWS OF COMPETENT AUTHORITY AND AS PER APPROVED BUILDING PLANS.
