Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

There are372 plots in the scheme inclusive of residential and 5 percent commercial plots .

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall covering whole project will be built.

Road Work

Roads have been provided to cater all the plots. The width of the road is in conformity with LIDA guidelines. The roads will be constructed after consolidation of natural earth, thereafter laying of 150 mm thick sub base followed by 75mm thick WBM followed by 25mm thick SDBC

Footpaths

No seperate space for foothpaths have been kept..

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The provision of one over Head Water Tank has been made to cater the needs of residents. The capacity of the tank will be 300 KL. The water supply will be provided through 110 dia PVC pipes

Sewer System

The disposal of sewage is through digester of appropriate capacity. All plots are connected to manhole of required size followed by connection to main sewer through 200 dia and 300 dia hume pipes. At present, the discharge which will be connected to main sewer of LIDA. The waste water shall be use For gardening where as manure shall be disposed off as per standard practice or Govt. norms.

Drain

The drainage shall be through K.C. drains.

Parks

6 parks have been provided at various location. The area of the park has been left in conformity with the LIDA norms and guidelines. The park shall be provided with seasonal/ deciduous trees.

Tree Planting

1200 trees shall be planted as per proposed layout plan. Apart from trees, the park shall be provided with regional shrubs, plants, swings for children

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

There is provision of three phase overhead electrical supply lines. The pole shall be placed as per drawings however, pole to pole distance will not be more than 30 meters or at every turn. The street lights shall be provided on every pole. The connection to every dweller shall be provided as per power corporation norms. The transformer of appropriate capacity shall be installed.

Community Buildings

No Community Buildings are planned in the project yet.

No such Social Infrastructure is planned .It can be planned later on the discretion of owners buying plots.

Emergency Evacuation Services

As for now it is a plotting project only , so emergency evacuation system will be made on the discretion of owners.
