THE INTERNAL COLLECTION OF SWEAGE SHALL BE DONE THROUGH RCC SEWER LINES WITH MANHOLES AT REQUIRED DISTANCES. THIS SEWAGE WILL BE FURTHER TREATED IN THE STP. THE TREATED WATER FROM STP SHALL BE USED FOR LANDSCAPING AND FLUSHING PURPOSE. THE EXCESS OF TREATED WATER IF ANY SHALL BE DISPOSED IN MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM PROVIDED BY GNIDA. THE STP WILL BE BASED ON MBBR TECHNOLOGY
THE STORM WATER DRAIN SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED AS PER THE DRAINAGE PLAN AND DISPOSED IN MUNICIPAL DRAIN PROVIDED BY GNIDA. THE TERRACE RAINWATER SHALL BE COLLECTED AND WILL BE USED TO RECHARGE UNDERGROUND WATER.
THE PARK AND PUBLIC AREA WILL BE DEVELOPED AS PER THE LANDSCAPING PLAN WITH VARIOUS PUBLIC AMENITIES LIKE CHILDREN PLAY AREA, ELDERLY SITTING , JOGGING TRACK,YOGA SPACES,OUTDOOR GYM ETC.
