This project envisages setting up a Group Housing in a land area of 50,000sqm.Comprising1614 units as per sanction and 1655 units as per revision submission with Noida Authority.

Parking arrangement, entrance area,common toilet/visitor toilet has been arranged for differently able person. Beside several social infrastructures has been considered for senior citizen
Emergency evacuation in case of fire or natural disaster has been considered in this project
Amenities have been provided in this project considering health & hygiene in the complex; viz swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court
