As per approved sanction plan.This is single plot polygon shaped , having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1no. of exit gate. Site is surronded by 30 mtr road from North, 24 mtr road from South and other plots by East and West.
1.8 - 2.1m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed or with MS Railing as per approved design. Brick Work of 9inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. Entrance and exit gates may of of MS Steel steel structure as per approved design are developed with boundary.
Trimix / asphalt road will be used as per design suggested by the Architect for internal road.
All internal roads will have narrow footpath with tiles pavers or equivalent finishes as per landscape design.
All floors must be equipped with domestic water for sanitary activities and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) treated water for the flushing system. Individuals may utilize an RO (Reverse Osmosis) system as per their specific requirements for potable purposes. The STP treated water will also be made available for irrigation purposes. To facilitate this, water tanks are being constructed underground and on the terrace. Separate tanks are designated for fire water.
The building is equipped with a centralized sewerage system, ensuring all sewage water is directed to the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for thorough treatment. Following treatment, the recycled water will be repurposed for gardening, flush tanks, and vehicle washing, contributing to the buildings environmentally friendly practices. Additionally, the building is designed to meet green building standards, targeting a gold certificate. As part of these efforts, the plan is to achieve zero sewage discharge, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
A stormwater system will be implemented to manage stormwater from roads and other landscaped areas. The stormwater will be directed to the stormwater drain channel, while rooftop stormwater will be channeled to a rainwater harvesting pit to recharge the groundwater. Any overflow will be connected to the municipal drain line to ensure proper drainage and water resource management. This approach effectively mitigates the impact of stormwater runoff and contributes significantly to sustainable water management practices
There is a significant green area beside building for different recreational activities.
The trees of category ornamental ,shady and native species shall be planted in the entire project as per the species recommended in the landscape in order to maintain greenery and natural view.
We have designed the system as per local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer panel,LT Panel,Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting with timer control, Pump room etc.

Centralized Sewerage system for entire project and all towers shall be connected to STP . All Sewerage water shall go to the STP for treatment after treatment ,water shall be recycle and it will use in gardening, flush tanks and vehicle washing, overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.
Project shall have waste segregation area. The solid waste shall be encouraged for segregation with in all apartments. The dustbins shall be provided for segregated waste in the common areas and other waste shall be handed over to the government vendors for further disposal.
A well designed rain water harvesting system as per green building codes shall be provided for the whole building complex to conserve water by ensuring adequate nos. of recharge pits

Fire Staircase is provided in the each building, with fire resistant doors, basements have 1 (one) access and exit in case of emergency. Dedicated assembly areas are also defined in the campus. Adequate signage is also provided.
