Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

This is the single plot polygon shaped, having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1 no. of exit gate from the 24m wide front road, Site is surrounded by other plots of the farmers from three sides.

Boundary Wall

1.8 - 2.1 m hgh and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed. Brick Work of 9 inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.

Road Work

Trimix road will be used as per design suggested by the Architect for internal road.

Footpaths

All internal roads will have narrow footpath with matt finish tiles pavers or eqivalent finishes.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water may also be used. Also end users shall be used their individual RO system as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.

Sewer System

Centralized Sewerage system shall be provided. All the Sewerage water shall be go to the STP for treatment after treatment, water shall be recycled and it will use in gardening, flush tanks and vehicle washing, overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municiple sewerage system in future or a seasonal natural drain running along with the site boundary.

Drain

Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with the Municiple drain line.

Parks

There are many green/ landscape area in front/ side of building including green parks, play areas for childrens and different recreational activities.

Tree Planting

There are different type of tree plantation is proposed at site in order to maintain greenary and natural view.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have designed the system as per the local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting, STP, Pump room etc.

Community Buildings

Club Houses/ community centre is provided, swimming poolwith sitting area and garden.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights. In STP and Pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motors. Terrace will be provided with the Solar Voltaic Panels to provide Renewable source of energy for common areas in building complex.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Since the building is less than 45 m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage , storm water and water supply system shall be provided. We have proposed common pump room with Primary filteration. Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use Flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All sewerage shall be go to The STP for recycling the water. Emergency Evacuation Services

Fire Staircase is provided in the each building, with the fire resistant doors, basements have 1 (one) accesse and exit in case of emergency.

Other Miscellaneous Work

Luxurious entrance lobby in each block, convenience store for day to day small purchasings, lush green shurbs at every vacant space on ground.
