This is the single plot polygon shaped, having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1 no. of exit gate from the 24m wide front road, Site is surrounded by other plots of the farmers from three sides.
1.8 - 2.1 m hgh and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed. Brick Work of 9 inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.
Trimix road will be used as per design suggested by the Architect for internal road.

We have designed the system as per the local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting, STP, Pump room etc.
Club Houses/ community centre is provided, swimming poolwith sitting area and garden.

Fire Staircase is provided in the each building, with the fire resistant doors, basements have 1 (one) accesse and exit in case of emergency.
