Demarcation of Plots

This is single plot ploygon shaped, having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1 no. of exit gate from the 46m wide front road, site is surrounded by other plots of farmers form three sides.

Boundary Wall

1.8-2.1 meter high and 200 mm thick boundary all designed. Brick work of 9 inch and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS board entrance and exit gate are developed with boundary.

Road Work

Trimix road will be used as per design suggested by the architect for internal road.

Footpaths

All internal road will have narrow footpath with matt finish tiles pavers or equivalent finishes.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water may also be used, also end user shall be used their individual RO system as per their requirement. Overhead tank shall be provide on building terrace for distribution through gravity.

Sewer System

Centralized Sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall be go to the STP for treatment. after treatment, water shall be recycled and it will use in gardening, flush tanks nad vehicle washing, overflow form the STP shall be connect with the municipal sewerage system in future or a seasonal natural drain dunning along the site boundary.

Strome water system shall be provided. Strome water shall from road and other landscape area shall be connect to the strom water drain channel and go to rain water harvesting pit for recharge the ground water and overflow shall be connect with municipal drain line.

There are different type of tree plantation is proposed at site in order to maintain greenery and natural view.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have design the system as per local electricity board and consider centralization transformer, HT penal, LT penal, feeder pillar and DG back for common service like external lighting , HTP, pump room etc.

Community Buildings

Club house/community center id provide, swimming pool with sitting area and garden.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

We will use LED light fitting in external area as well as solar light. In STP and pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficiency motor. Terrace will be provided with solar voltaic penal to provide renewable source of energy for common areas in building complex.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Since the building is less than 45m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage, storm water and water supply system shall be provided. we have proposed common pump room with the primary filtration, transfer to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tank. All sewerage shall be go to the STP gravity from domestic as well as flashing tanks. All sewerage shall be go to the STP for recycling the water. Strom water for roof, road and other area shall be connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharge the ground water and overflow shall be connect with municipal drain or a seasonal natural drain running along the site boundary.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Fire staircase is provided in the each building, with fire resistant doors, basement have one access and exit in case of emergency.

Luxurious entrance lobby in each block, convenience store for day to day small purchasing, lush green shrubs at every vacant space on ground.
