Specified CC & Bitumen roads with combination of concrete paver and grass will be used as per deisgn suggeseted by the Architects for internal roads
All internal roads will have footpath in combination of 40- 60 mm thick concrete pavers & grass or equivalent finishes
Ground water will be provided for the water supply to the Plot and Individual villas through underground water storage system. End user shall use their individual R.O. system as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided on villa_s terrace for distribution through gravity
