This is single plot of rectangular shape, having total 3 no. of entry gate in which 1 main gate having grand entrance from the 45 m wide front road and rest of 2 are secondary gates from 24 m wide road. Site is surrounded by other plots on one side and 30 m wide road.
1.8-2.4 m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed. Concrete Hollow block work and rcc work in column and beam maybe used as per design. Entrances gates will be created at the main entrance. Steel Gates will used at secondary entrances.
Paver/tremix based road will be created for all internal roads work with concrete pavers at certain junction points.
All internals roads will have 1.5 m wide footpath in 40-60 mm thick concrete pavers or equivalent finishes.

There is one main central park between the towers with different recreational activities. There are more green parks by the boundary wall on the two sides of the complex.
There are 3 types of trees provided in site which are Bahunia Blackena (12 no), Phoenix Dactylifera (220 no), Ficus Benjamina (218 no).
Five Nos. transformers of 1600 KVA , 33/0.4 KV Capacity each shall be used along with necessary switch gears for distributing electricity at LT voltage. All Street/ landscape lighting shall be LED based and automatically controlled by astronomical timer and for energy saving, the same shall be selectively controlled by timer as per the time zone.
Community Activity area shall be provided at the site in central area which shall be accessed by all residents.
STP of capacity 720 KLD shall be provided. Treated water shall be used for flushing, irrigation, carwash, pathway, cleaning and excess water shall be discharged into the Municipal Sewer as per site.
There are a proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.
Rain water Harvesting facilities shall be provided and treated sewage water shall be recycled to the extent feasible.
Solar panels shall be provided on terrace for renewable energy . Energy purchased from the grid /power supply company and metering will be done as per electricity supply authority guideline.
Fire tender path shall be provided as per NBC. Fire fighting system along with pumps and water storage tanks shall be provided as per NBC and NOC from fire department.
Sewerage, Storm water and water supply system shall be provided. we Have proposed common Pump Room with Primary Filteration. Transfer Pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All sewerage shall be go to the STP for recycling the water. Storm water for Roofs, Roads, and other area shall be connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water Harvesting pit for recharge the ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municiple drain.
Balcony will also be used for evacuation, Assembly points areas will be demarcated for earthquake and other possible disasters.
