It is a single plot having one gate for entrance and exit of about 12 mtr from the main road and about 7.5 mtr wide internal roads with parking area and green area all around the boundaries.
1.8 mtr high, 230 mm thick boundary wall will be designed. Brickwork in inches and RCC column and beam will be used as per the design. MS entrance and exit gate will be made.
About 7.5 mtr wide RCC road will be developed as per the design for internal roads.
All internal roads will have narrow footpath of cement stone/curve stone or equivalent finish.
Underground water tank and pump will be installed to store grounded water. Overhead water tank shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity. Individual RO system may be used as per the requirement.
Sewerage System will be maintained through the available STP system. Sewer lines are connected to the external pipelines of municipality.
Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from the roads and other landscape area shall be connected to the storm drain channel and to rain water harvesting pit for recharge of ground water and any overflow will be connected with the municipal line of drains.
Park is not proposed in the project, although plantation and green area will be developed in 10 mtr wide area all around the boundaries of the project.
Tree plantation shall be provided as per the norms to maintain greenery and natural view.
We shall developed the system as per the norms of local electricity board and consider centralised transformer, HT panel, ET panel, feeder pillar etc. for backup common service like external lighting, pump room, etc.
Club house is proposed to be developed in Tower B which includes sport area, gymnasium, Multipurpose hall, etc. No separate community building is proposed in the project
Sewerage disposal system will be maintained through STP system.
Solid waste management and disposal will be provided through any registered agency.
Well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided for water conservation.
We will use energy efficient LED lights fittings in external area and solar system may be provided if required. Pump room and all other equipments will be energy efficient.
Fire stairs and other fire prevention system will be installed as per the norms. Fire NOC attached.
Club house, multipurpose hall and other necessary infrastructure for public amenities will be developed. Sewerage, storm water and water supply system will also be maintained.
Fire stairs and other safety services will be maintained.
Other services will be developed and provided as per the architect development plan such as green area, parking facility etc.
