Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Plot is already demarcated and the construction work is in progress with in the boundary.

Boundary Wall

Brick work boundary wall with RCC columns with 6 ft height is proposed around the project as per sanctioned plan.

Road Work

6.00 mt. wide black top road has been provided for the vehicular movement. With aggregate of size 0–10 mm mixed with bitumen forms the base, which is coarse and 150 mm thick. Bitumen, such as cutback bitumen, emulsion, and asphalt, finds application in bitumen mix, tack coat, is proposed per sanctioned plan.

Footpaths

Footpath shall be paved with concrete pavers and is according to the NIUA guidelines.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

o Main Supply Line: Secure main water supply with adequate pressure. o Distribution: Plan vertical risers and horizontal distribution for all floors. o Sewage and Vent: -Outline systems for proper drainage The water line is connected to the water source, which will be a municipal water treatment plant, a well, or another water supply source. Pipelines, pumping stations, and control valves are installed to convey water from the main pump station to various parts of the building and site. The distribution network is designed to optimise flow rates, pressure levels, and water quality and built throughout the system.

Sewer System

A centralised sewer system will be provided, a 300 mm to 600 mm diameter R.C.C. sewer line will be provided. The manhole size will be 900 mm dia (main), and the sub-branch line will be 600 mm dia of the manhole provided as per design of MEP system.

Drain

Storm water system will be provided which will be connected to the Municipal drain/Trunk line as per specified plan.

Tree Planting

Many types of bushes and tree will be planted. Planted trees and bushes is the part of green area as per sanctioned plan.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

A Centralized transformer, HT panel, LT panel, Feeder Pillar, and DG backup for common services like external lighting. is proposed as per sanctioned plan. L.T./L.V. line, 430 V Fidder piller, Ip-43, Street lights, will be provided. A 600x600 mm manhole will be provided for the L.T., L.V., and H.T. lines

Community Buildings

There is no community building proposed in our project.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

The S.T.P. treats wastewater from the site to remove contaminants and pollutants before discharge into the environment. Treatment processes may include screening, sedimentation, biological treatment (such as activated sludge or bio filtration), and disinfection to meet regulatory standards and protect public health and the environment.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

For Waste management and garbage collection chambers are proposed as per layout. After completing the project, it will be handed over to the local municipal corporation.

Water Conservation System

A well-designed rainwater harvesting system shall be provided.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will use LED lights as well as solar lights in external areas for energy management system.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

o Fire norms shall be followed as per NBC and approval of the fire department. Include smoke detectors, heat detectors, and manual pull stations throughout the building. Centralized monitoring with integration for emergency response. Design: Specify a comprehensive sprinkler system (wet, dry, or pre-action). o Hydraulic Calculations: Conduct calculations for water supply and pressure requirements.

The staircase will be provided with emergency exit doors in each floor as per fire department specs
