Boundry wall at site will be made of fly ash / clay bricks with column and beam structure. The height of the boundry wall will be 6 feet. Plaster will be done on both side of the boundry wall after that two coat of paints will be coated.
Concrete / apex roads will be made at site. The base of the road will be filled with red moram, after that two layers of aggregate 40mm will be laid to make sure that the base of the road is upto the mark, after this the top layer will be of coloured and black and white apex. Road will be 9mtr. to 12mtr. wide.
Footpaths will be made by interlocking type b concrete block pavers with a minimum path width of 1.5 mtr and thickness of 80mm.
For Water Supply we have a provision of boring water. Water supply Provision will be provided via system of pumps and pipes. Water will get stored in underground tanks and from there water will get supplied to overhead tanks. Each block contains overhead tanks from where the water will get supplied to the units and common areas. This water is used for drinking and daily use purposes.
Sewage treatment plant will be constructed at site, all water drains and waste drain will come and connect in this Sewage treatment plant. This sewage treatment plant will filter the water and that will be reused for plantation.
Drain will be made below the foothpaths with chambers at 10mtr distance.Drains will be made with brick work and PVC pipes of different dia. the water from villas will come through pvc pipes in this drains and a proper slope will be maintained till STP plant. The water will get collected through drains in STP plant.There will be seperate drain for each tower.
Parks are provided in the colony. These park can be used as childrens play area, jogging, sit out space etc.
We will plant 400 trees all over the campus and in the garden as well.
Iron poles with street lights will be placed all over the campus and proper electrification with transformers and wires will be done as shown in the layout. Electrification will be done in all flats also with ISI mark wires,modular switches with proper earthing arrangements.

Treatment and disposal system of sewage and sullage water will be provided by constructing STP plant. In this all water collected from different sources (kitchen water, bathroom water used for washing cloths etc.) will be collected at one place and recycle the same and will be used for other works like gardening, washing the common areas etc,.

Water conservation system will be provided on site in this we will make bore in different point in the gardens as well as in the common areas. in this we store rain water below the land and stock that water to flush out from drains at the time of rainy seasons.

as per fire fighting norms we have provided all fire fighting measures and safety features as such as fire fighting systems, smoke extraction, fire alarms , sprinklers, hosereels, fire extinguishers, heat detection systems,call points , electrical pumps generators, diesel pumps, jockey pumps, overhead tanks with required capacity, underground tanks with required capacity and other amenities as per norms.
