Residential plots of different sizes for public and semi public use plots as approved by the authority and demarcated on approved map and accordingly the demarcations will be done on site.
It will be the responsibility of the developer to construct the boundary wall around the whole society. No boundary walls is being provided by the developer for the individual plots that boundary wall will be constructed by the buyers.

Rain water harvesting pits provided at different locations as per the design, and the overflow of rainwater harvesting pits will be connected to the external drainage network. The External drainage network will be provided to carry the road and plot run-offs and finally disposed off into the natural storm drains.
