Demarcation of Plots

We have total 135 plots of Different sizes varrying from 90.00 Sqmtr. to 128.99 Sqmtr. The plots shall be demarcated by fixing pillars or flags.

2 m high and 115mm thick Brick work and rcc work in column and beam. on the open sides of the site plan but no boundry wall behind plots.

We will provide open green area with the different activities and the green area will have seasonal flowers and common ametenies. It will also have benches and seating.

Tree Planting

Adequte trees shall be planted for asthetics and utility Value in the green area

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and common service like External lighting, Fountain, STP, Pump room etc. Adequte street lights shall be installed.
