Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

RCC Concrete Pillars of 100x100x600 mm on all the corners of the plots with marking of plot number for reference.

Boundary Wall

Readymade compound wall with height of 7ft. Post size (9x6x6), Panel size (7x1x2) and foundation size (300mm. Dia x 600 mm depth)

Road Work

12 meter/9 meter wide access road of flexible pavement including GSB, WMM and bituminous course

100x200x60mm Brick type concrete paver blocks laid over 50 mm sand and 100mm GSB

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Underground HDPE water supply pipes laid on both side of the roads connected from 930 KLD and 250 KLD overhead tank and connected to each plot through 15mm dia PPR pipes. (Extension of Phase-1)

Sewer System

Entire project is connected through underground PVC-U pipes for sewerage lines on either side of the road with SN 4 pipes and manhole are provided in front of plots for connection.

Drain

RCC Drain pipes of class NP2 will be provided for the storm water discharge connectivity.

Parks

As a part of Phase-1 development the proposed green area of approximately 90,000 sqm including kids play area, jogging track, nakshatra garden, rotary etc., will be considered for the same.

Tree Planting

As a part of Phase-1 development, various types of trees such as Delonix regia, Foxtail palm etc. will be planted along road sides and green pockets.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electricity supply through 33/11 KV sub station. LED street lights are provided. (Extension of Phase-1)

As a part of Phase-1 development, the same club of approximately 3000 sqm of area including swimming pool, Gym, Banquet, Play area etc. will meet the requirement.

Through 1 no of conventional STP of having total capacity of 1150 KLD
