Demarcation of Plots

As per Approved Layout, demarcation was done with CC element and marked with paint at the time of commencement of work. Total Plot Area of the property is 2310 sqm. located on 103(P) and 104(P), Village Makramatpur Sikroad, Ghaziabad, U.P. as per sale deed. in which 52.20 sqm is for Road widening. Net Plot Area for the project is 2257.80 Sqm.
