All plots have been marked as per approved map of Meerut development authority.Numbering of all plots have been done and a curve stone reflecting plot number will be placed on right hand side on front corner of plot.
A wall made of bricks with dust and cement having RCC pillers in between has been made 5 ft.above the ground level with terecota paint over it from all three sides for safty purpose barbered wire fencing has been put above the wall.
All roads including approach road will be butamin black top with 40 Mm. stone -4" layer above brick layer covered by 1"butamin premix layer.
1.5 mtr.foot path has been left on side of butamin black top road with boundry 1ft.height made of bricks.
Water connection will be provided from our main concelled water line out side the plot on road side only.water will be provided from overhead water tank already constructed in phase first .
Underground concelled cemented pipes have been put as per approved map under the pathways.
Storm water to be put in open drain out side the plot and will be carried to R.W.H bores.
A 1 ft.boundry wall made up of bricks above RCC level on the area marked as park in approved map .sitting benches will be placed in park with green grass in open areas or park.
Tree plantition will be done on road side footpath and parks has per specified in approved map.
Underground electric connection will be provided from nearest Feeder pillers at the cost of customer.Feeder pillers will be situated in campus.Buyer will get the electric connection from feeder piller by under ground cable at customer_s cost of concelled PVC cotted cables.Street light will be provided by the company solar/LED on iron poles as per marked in approved map.
The project does not have any community building as per approved map.
All sewage and sullage water will be carrier through concelled cemented pipes to S.T.P. and will be further treated and reused for plants
Solid waste will be disposed by decomposing solid waste with chemical treatment in a chamber 8 ft by 6 ft surronded by brick wall on park side.
Rain water harvesting will be done by collecting rain water by drains through a 6 inches bourwell after natural filteration.
Solar lightning has been used for energy conservation and drawings have been designed for ample use of day light to minimise lightning energy use.
Water hause pipes will be left for water sprinkling in case of fire send buckets will be placed on road side.
The project is small plotted development project having only 21 resendential plots so do not have any social infrastructure.
Is not related to our small plotted devlopment project.
Fibre optic cable has been laid for 24 hours survelliance through CCTV cameras.
