Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

This is single plot polygon shaped, having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1 no. of exit gate from the 18m wide front road and 9m internal road, Site is surrounded by other plots from west side.

Boundary Wall

3.0-3.6 m high and 200 mm thick boundary wall designed. Brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in column and beam may be used as per the design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.

Road Work

Concrete road with bituminous Cover/ high quality concrete pavers will be used as per design surrounded by the Architect for Internal road.

Footpaths

All internal road will have narrow footpath cement stone pavers or equivalent finishes.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water will be used, Also end user shall use their individual RO System as per their requirement. Overheads tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.

Sewer System

Centralized sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to the STP for treatment and after treatment water shall be recycled and it will be used in gardening, flush tanks and vehicle washing, overflow from the STP shall be connected with the Municiple Sewerage system.

Drain

Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from roads and other landscape area shall connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharging the ground water and overflow shall be connected with Municipal drain line.

Parks

There is one lush green park and green areas along the plot, play area for childrens and for different recreational activities.

There are 5 type of trees provided in site which are Kachnar, Gulmauhar, Amaltas, Kusum and Neem

We have designed the system as per local electricity biard and consider centralized Transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for service like Electrical Lighting, STP, Pump Room etc

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All the fire norms shall be followed as per NBC and approval of fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage, Storm water and water supply system shall be provided. we have proposed common Pump Room with Primary filteration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All sewerage shall be go to the STP for recycling the water. Storm water for Roof, Roads and other area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municiple drain.
