Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

This is single plot polygon shaped, having 1 no. of entry gate and 1 no. of exit gate from the 18m wide front road and 9m internal road, siteis surrounded by other plot on south side

Boundary Wall

3.0- 3.6 m high and 230 mm thick boundary wall designed. Brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.

Road Work

Road with bituminous Cover / High Quality concrete pavers will be used as per design suggested by the Architect for internal road.

Footpaths

All internal roads will have narrow foothpath cement stone pavers or equivalent finishes.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The portable water supply of desired quality & purity shall be ensured.

Sewer System

Centralized Sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage shall be go to the STP for treatment. After treatment water shall be recycled and it will use in gardening, vehicle washing, overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.

Drain

Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from roads and other landscape area shall be connected to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the ground water and overflow shall be connected with Municiple drain line.

Parks

There is lush green areas in the middle of the plot for different recreational activities.

Tree Planting

There are 5 types of trees provided in site which are kachnar, gulmauhar, amaltas, kusum and neem.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have designed the system as per local electricity board and consider centralized transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and back up for common service like external lighting, STP, Pump room etc.

Since only plots are planned, no fire fighting system applicable.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage, storm water and water supply system shall be provided. we have proposed common pump room, transfer pumps to fill the domestic tank. Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from tanks. All swerage shall go to the STP for recycling the water. Storm water for roof, roads and other area shall connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharging the ground water and overflow shall connect with municiple drain.

Luxurious main entrance, angandwadi and convenience store along side of community center for day to day small purchasings, lush green shurbs at every vacant space on ground.
