This is single plot polygon shaped, having 1 no. of entry gate and 1 no. of exit gate from the 18m wide front road and 9m internal road, siteis surrounded by other plot on south side
3.0- 3.6 m high and 230 mm thick boundary wall designed. Brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.
Road with bituminous Cover / High Quality concrete pavers will be used as per design suggested by the Architect for internal road.
All internal roads will have narrow foothpath cement stone pavers or equivalent finishes.
The portable water supply of desired quality & purity shall be ensured.
Centralized Sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage shall be go to the STP for treatment. After treatment water shall be recycled and it will use in gardening, vehicle washing, overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.

There is lush green areas in the middle of the plot for different recreational activities.
There are 5 types of trees provided in site which are kachnar, gulmauhar, amaltas, kusum and neem.
We have designed the system as per local electricity board and consider centralized transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and back up for common service like external lighting, STP, Pump room etc.
