Demarcation of Plots

This is single plot vernier calipers shaped , having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1no. of exit gate from the 18m wide front road and 12m internal road, Site is surronded by other plots on north ad west sides.

Boundary Wall

3.0 - 3.6m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed . Brick Work of 9inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.

Road Work

Concerete Bitumin Road with bituminous Cover/ High quality concrete pavers will be used as per deisgn suggested by the Architect for internal road.

All internal roads will have narrow footpath cement stone pavers or equivalent finishes

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water may also be used, Also end user shall be used their individual RO system as per their requirement. PVC Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.

Centralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP for tretement after treatement ,water shall be recycle and it will use in gardening, flush tanks and vehicle washing, oveflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municiple sewarage system.

There are two lush green park one at Stariting and one in middle of the plot, also green areas and play area for childrens and for different recretional activities.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Since the villas are less than 10m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage ,Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room with Primary filteration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank.
