Project Site is located at GH-02 Sector-45, Noida.

Suitable treatment technology of STP system will be designed and installed. The treated water will be further used in flushing system and irrigation purpose.
Solid waste shall be collected and processed in Organic Waste Composter.
Dual flush cistern and low flow fixtures shall be provided in toilets as per the green building designs and approval.
Energy conservation measures like use of solar energy for common lighting. Additionally, use of LED and energy efficient fixtures.
Fire protection and safety system consisting of fire sprinklers in each apartments, common areas, basement, Fire Hydrants at each floors, common areas, at roads, entries etc. Fire Alarm Panel in each towers common area and basement parking shall be provided as per NBC 2016(Part IV). UGT Fire tanks capacity will be of adequate sizes.
Driver toilets, landscaped gardens, kids play area, play equipment, sitting benches, shall be provided.
Fire Tower with dedicated lift, fire staircase, Fire Hydrant shaft will be provided in each tower with safe exit at Ground Floor.
Swimming pool will be provided as per the approved scheme.
