Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The Project land will be demarcated . The Building Lines will be maintained as per the offsets mentioned in the approved layout.

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall of varying heights from 4 feet to 8 feet will be constructed in brick and mortar. The wall will be plastered and painted with all season pain. The boundary wall will be earthquake resistant.

Road Work

A minimum of 200 mm thick cement concrete road will e constructed . The surface will be kept anti skid for level as well as ramp area. The slopes will be maintained for quick removal of rainwater.

Footpaths

Chequered tiles to the depth of 150mm over the prepared base will be placed in interlocking for walking area and the external parking area. The Strength of the tile will be M-25.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water will be pumped to the roof tank through a submersible pump. The water will then be supplied to the common facilities of the project .

Sewer System

The sewer lines will be laid for the collection and disposal of sewer from the commercial building in to the muncipal sewer line. The inspection chambers will be constructed to maintain the sewer lines.

Drain

Covered line drains with the inspection grill strong enough the resist the plying traffic will be laid. The slopes will be maintained for the quick removal of drain water in to the municipal drain.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting
