TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE AND SULLAGE WATER THROUGH 90 KLD SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (OR AS REVISED AND AMENDED BY THE PROMOTER ).
GARBAGE BIN AND WASTE DISPOSAL TO BE PROVIDED BY NOIDA / STATE (COMMON FOR ALL PHASES ) . PROMOTER SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR OR NOT PERMIT CERTAIN SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AS PER POLICY OF PROMOTER FOR THE PROJECT. IN ANY CASE, NO HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL SHALL BE PERMITTED. DISPOSAL CHARGES SHALL BE PAYABLE BY ALL ALLOTTEES.

VARIOUS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES OR LIMITED COMMON AREAS SHALL BE RESERVED FOR RENEWABLE /ELECTRIC INSTALLATION . ALL RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEMS AND ELECTRIC INFRASTRUCTURE SUCH AS CHARGING POINTS ETC. SHALL BE PROPERTY OF PROMOTER OR ITS NOMINATED THIRD PARTY. PROMOTER SHALL HAVE THE FIRST RIGHT TO SUPPLY ELECTRICITY AND CHARGING TO PROJECT. ALLOTTEES SHALL MAKE PAYMENT FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY SUPPLIED AT THE RATES PRESCRIBED BY THE PROMOTER. ALLOTTEES MAY NOT INSTALL THEIR OWN RENEWABLE OR ELECTRIC OR CHARGING SYSTEMS AT ANY PLACE IN THE PROJECT.
FIRE PROTECTION AND FIRE SAFETY SYSTEM TO BE AS PER NOC ISSUED BY FIRE DEPARTMENT. FIRE FIGHTING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY NOIDA/ STATE. LIABILITY OF INSTALLATION AND RUNNING CONDITION OF THE FIRE PROTECTION AND FIRE SAFETY SYSTEM SHALL SOLELY BE OF THE THIRD PARTY AMC PROVIDER/ VENDOR.

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF EMERGENCY EVACUATION SERVICES SHALL LIE WITH AND SHALL BE PROVIDED BY NOIDA/STATE.
PROMOTER SHALL HAVE VARIOUS SPECIAL RIGHTS AS PER THE APPLICATION FORM/ AGREEMENT FOR SUBLEASE / OTHER AGREEMENTS AND SCHEDULES. SHOPS AND KIOSKS SHALL BE PARTED WITH BY WAY OF SALE, LEASE, SUBLEASE ETC. BY THE PROMOTER AS SEPARATE UNITS OR INDEPENDENT AREAS (IN SOLE DISCRETION OF PROMOTER) AND ENTIRE CONSIDERATION SHALL ACCRUE TO SOLELY THE PROMOTER. THERE ARE NO COMMERCIAL FACILITIES AS PART OF THE PROJECT/ PHASE. LANDSCAPE AND RECREATION AREAS ON BASEMENT AND TERRACE FLOORS SHALL BE INDEPENDENT AREAS AND THEIR USE SHALL BE CHARGEABLE (IF PERMITTED BY THE PROMOTER). ANY CAFE/ F AND B/ RESTAURANT/ MEMBERS CLUB/ SPA/ BANQUET/ POOL OR ANY OTHER SUCH FACILITIES, IF ANY (OTHER THAN SHOPS AND KIOSKS MENTIONED ABOVE) SHALL BE INDEPENDENT AREAS AND THEIR USE SHALL BE CHARGEABLE (IF PERMITTED BY THE PROMOTER). ALL PARKING SPACES ARE INDEPENDENT AREAS AND ONLY CONDITIONAL AND REVOCABLE PERMISSION FOR PARKING SHALL BE GRANTED TO ALLOTTEES UPON PAYMENT OF CHARGES AS PER THE PARKING POLICY OF THE PROMOTER. TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PER THE APPLICATION FORM, AGREEMENT ETC. SHALL SUPERSEDE AND MUST BE FOLLOWED.
