Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

We have total 325 plots of different sizes starts from 83.75 sq mtr to 338.23 sq mtr, having 2 entrance gates from 09 m wide front road.

Boundary Wall

2 m high and 230 mm thick Boundary wall proposed. AAC block work and RCC work in column and beam.

Road Work

The Work will start after Boundary Wall Work. Road of Bitumin/RCC will be Constructed. Whose Wideness will start from 7.5 Mtr to 09 Mtr.

Footpaths

We would provide 1 mtr wide interlock in footpath both side of the road with beautiful pattern

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

We will provide over head tanks for water supply to individuals, Also individual can use their own RO as per their needs.

Sewer System

Modular Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be directly connected with the Municipal sewerage system.

Drain

Storm water shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municipal drain line.

Parks

"We will provide 14 parks/green area with the different activities including 1 main park which will have gaming facilities for kids."

We will provide many type of trees in the entire project with minimum no. of 100.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel and Feeder Pillar for common service like External lighting & Pump room etc.

We will suggested to individual to use low flow fixtures as well dual flush cistern and raw water harvesting system to reduce the water consumption and improve the ground water level.

We will use LED lights fitting in external area. In Pump room also all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor. And we will suggest to individual also to use LED lights Fitting.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

This Project have only individual Plot for Residential as well as Commercial. Hence there is not need to provide any Fire Fighting facility. Individual owner can install their own system as per their and local authorities requirement.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage ,Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room.
