The Project land will be demarcated with boundary wall. The building lines and offsets will be maintained as per approved plan by Agra Development Authority
The proposed project is single entry project. The six to eight feet high boundary wall will be constructed. The boundary wall will be of bricks in cement mortar. The wall will have 4 to 5 feet deep foundation. The boundary wall will be plastered and painted with all weather paint.
The roads will have paver block of M-30/40 of 6 inches as top. Underneath the paver blocks the 60-80 mm sand will be laid to even out the levels . The granular layer of 100mm over the compacted subgrade will be provided for the stability. The levels and slopes will be maintained for smooth ride and quick run off of water
The Paver blocks of M-20 grade will be laid for footpaths . The thickness will be of 4 inches over sand bed and compacted subgrade.
The potable ground water will be supplied for the domestic use of the residents of the project . The water will be pumped through the submersible set up to the under ground water tank of 50kl. From there the water will be pumped to the rooftop tanks from where it will be supplied to all units and common areas.
The system of PVC and soil pipes will be installed in the project . The inspection chambers and the joints will be placed for maintenance and continuous flow of sewer to the sewer system at ground floor having man holes leading to sewage treatment plant.
The lined cover drains will be constructed in the project to cater for domestic waste water and rain run offs. The trapezium shaped drains will be constructed with top with of 450mm and minimum height of 300mmm to keep the head for continuous flow.

All season trees will be planted in the project. The trees will be minimum in numbers as required by Agra development Authority. The trees will be planted along the boundary wall.
The project will have a separate transformer. The load sanction will be done by Torrent Power Limited. The load sanctioned will be distribute through distribution boxes to each unit and common areas. The street light will be installed at the minimum height of 4.5 m

The state of art multi stage treatment plant will be installed to treat the sewage to the minimum permissible limit. The per unit residential sewage to the approximate quantity of 150KLD will be catered for by the sewage treatment plant
The chutes and the dustbins will be constructed and installed in the project to keep the project clean
100 mm bore going to the depth of minimum of 5 m having PVC perforated pipes will be placed under the ground and the inlet of 600x450 will multi stage filtration system will will installed to collect the rain runoff and recharge the ground water
The project does not require any specific energy management system. But all the green building techniques are being applied in the constructions and installations of the project. The Lights will be LED in all the common areas of the project.
The fire system with Steve alarm system and wet risers will be installed in the project. The fire extinguishers will be installed and maintained on all floors . The norms put in place by fire department will all applied.

The stairwell are of sufficient width as per the guidelines by fire department. In case of emergency the rise and head of stairs along with width will assist the residents to evacuate smoothly
