Demarcation of Plots

This is single plot rhombus shaped , having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1 no. of exit gate from the 12 m wide front road and 5m and 6m internal roads. Site is surrounded by other plot on south , west and east sides.

Boundary Wall

3.0 -3.6 m high and 230 mm thick boundary wall designed. Brick Work of inches and RCC work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Board entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.

Road Work

Road with bituminous Cover/ High quality concrete pavers will be used as per design suggested by the Architect for internal road.

Footpaths

All internal roads will have narrow footpath cement stone pavers or equivalent finishes.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground Water will be used. End user will use their individual RO System as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.

Sewer System

Centralized sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall be go to the STP for treatment. After treatment water shall be recycle and it will used in gardening , vehicle washing , overflow from the STP shall be connected with the Municipal sewerage system.

Drain

Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from the roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municipal drain line.

There is one park area provided beside the plot.

Tree plantation shall be as per applicable norms to maintain greenary and natural view.

We have designed the system as per Local electricity board and consider centralized Transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and back up common service like External lighting , STP, Pump room , etc.

Sewerage, Storm water and water supply system shall be provided. We have proposed common pump room , Transfer pumps to fill the domestic tanks . Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from tanks. All sewage shall be go to the STP for recycling the water.
