Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The Project land will be demarcated by its boundary wall to the exact shape, size and orientation as per sanctioned map by Meerut Development Authority.

Boundary Wall

A 2.4m high boundary wall of cement block will be constructed and wall will be painted.

Road Work

Required thickness of B.C with seal coat over intermediate base over sub-base will be done in the width as per sanctioned map.

Footpaths

An M-15 grade of paver block / interlocking tiles will be laid in the project for walking areas. Tiles will be 3 to 4 inch thick and the color patterns will be lasting and visible at all hours.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

A overhead water tank of 1.00 lac capacity water tank will be constructed. The water from there will be delivered through underground PVC pipe line

Sewer System

A sewage will be collected through RCC Hume Pipe arrangement and inspection chambers leading to the STP tank of the project, from where the sewage will be disposed off.

Drain

Surface drain will be laid on lean concrete bed on compacted earth in required size with brick work and 1¦4 plaster over it.

Parks

Lush green park will be maintained in the project as per approved plan by Meerut Development Authority. The parks will have footbaths, sitting area and small play area for kids.

Tree Planting

The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project, The tree selections will be done to ensure no hindrances in services in future.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electric Layout and capacity will be installed to suffice the domestic use of the project. The load sanctions will be taken from the electric department.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

STP based on blanket reactor system with air pumps for aeration system and hypochlorite solution with chemical catalyst system and after making sluge clean it will be pump to filter and then will be disposed.

Area for solid waste shall be provided as per MDA approved drawing and showed in development plan.

Rain water harvesting system will be constructed as per Meerut Development Authority.
