THE STORM WATER DRAIN SHALL BE CONSTRUCTEDAS PER THE DRAINAGE PLAN AND DISPOSED IN MUNICIPAL DRAIN PROVIDED BY LDA. THE RAIWATER SHALL BE COLLECTED AND WILL BE USED TO RECHARGE UNDERGROUND WATER.

THE PARK AND PUBLIC AREA WILL BE DEVELOPED AS PER THE LANDSCAPING PLAN WITH VARIOUS PUBLIC AMENITIES CHILDREN PLAY. AREA , ELDERLY SITTING, JOGGING TRACK, YOGA SPACES , OUTDOOR GYM ETC.
