As per approved layout plan we have total 2701.64 sq. meter plot area, in which there will be one main entrance gate with one exit gate. Site is connected with 24 meter wide main road in front connected with station road
1.8 - 2.1 m high and 200 mm thick boundary wall designed in this project with MS railing as per approved plan. Brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in column and beam will be used and gates will be made of MS steel.
Trimix / Asphalt model road will be used in this project which is design by architect.
All internal roads will have narrow footpaths with tiles pavers or equivalent finish.
All floors are connected and equipped with domestic water for sanitary activities and STP treated water for flushing system. The STP treated water will also be made available for other purposes

A storm water system will be used to manage storm water from road and other landscape areas. The storm water will be directed to the storm water channel while roof top storm water will be channel to a rain water harvesting PIT.

We have designed the system as per local electircity board and consider one centralized transformer panel, LT panel, Feeder Pillar, and DG back for common service like external lights, pump room etc.
In this project there will no community building
There will be centralized sewerage system and all floors are connected to STP. All sewerage water will go to STP for treatment after treatment water will be recycled and used for other purposes
This project will have one waste segregation area and solid waste will be encouraged to segregation with all floors, dustbin will also be provided for collection of waste and there will a proper collection agency who collect all waste.
A well designed rain water harvesting system will be there in this project to recharge PIT.
The main aim in this project is envisioned as green sustainable building and resource efficiency throughout the building and to conserve natural resources and implemented to optimize energy efficient system and machinery
All fire norms will be followed as per approval from fire department fire sprinklers smoke detectors with pump are being used in this project
There will be no social infrastructure in this project
Fire staircase will be provided in this project on each floors there will be fire resistance doors and basement will have one access and exit in case of emergency and dedicated assemble area also be there
