This is a sold FSI plot, part of a larger group housing in an hi-tech township, having total 3 no.of entrances within the hi-tech township.
1.8 - 2.1m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed. AAC block work and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. Entrance gates will be created at the main entrance.
TRIMIX based road will be created for all internal road works with concrete pavers at certain junction points.
All internal roads will have 0.75 m wide footpath in 40- 60 mm thick concrete pavers or equivalent finishes.
As we have purchased FSI from Parent developer who is developing an hi-tech Township, So they will provide the water supply to the Plot. Ground water may also be used after taking approval from statuary departmen. Also end user shall be used their individual RO system as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided.

There is one central green between the towers with different recreational activities. There are more green patches in the hi-tech township
There are a number of trees provided in site along with the green areas and at certain peripheral walls.
We have design the system as per local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer,HT panel,LT Panel,Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting, STP, Pump room etc.
Community activity area shall be provided which shall be accessed by all residents

Sewerage, Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room with Primary filtration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use & Flushing go down through gravity from domestic.
Balcony will be used as refuge area for individuals apartment. Evacuation signage will be demarcated for earthquake and other possible disasters.
