Demarcation of Plots

THE PLOTS WILL BE DEMARCATED BY CONCRETE PILLERS TO ALL 4 SIDES OF THE PLOT BOUNDARY , TO THE EXACT SHAPE , SIZE AND ORIENTATION AS PER SANCTIONED MAP BY LUCKNOW DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.

Boundary Wall

A 2.4 METER HIGH PRE-FABRICATED BOUNDARY WALL WILL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH DEEP FOUNDATION ALONG WITH BARBED WIRE FENCING AT THE TOP.

Road Work

CONCRETE ROADS WITH 150-200MM GSB, 100-150MM WMM, 75-100MM PCC AND 100-125 MM TRIMIX WHEREEVER APPLICABLE AS PER APPROVED LAYOUT.

Footpaths

AN M-15-M30 GRADE OF PAVER BLOCK/INTERLOCKING TILES WILL BE LAID IN THE PROJECTFOR WALKING AREAS. TILES WILL BE 60MM, THICK AND THE COLOUR PATTERNS WILL BE LASTING.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

A POTABLE GROUND WATER SUPPLY THROUGH PUMPING ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE OVER HEAD TANK OF 450,000 LITRES CAPACITY. THE WATER FROM THERE WILL BE DEVILERED THROUGH UNDERGROUND DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY LINE (UPVC) OF 110MM.

Sewer System

SEWAGE WILL BE COLLECTED THROUGH A RCC-NC3 PIPE (300-350MM) ARRANGEMENT, U BENDS AND INSPECTION CHAMBERSLEADING TO SEWERAGE TREATMENTS PLANT (STP).

Drain

A SURFACE DRAIN WATER WILL BE COLLECTED THROUGH RCC NC3 PIPE OF 450-600 MM AND WILL BE RELEASED TO STORM WATER LINE FOR DISCHARGE.

Parks

THE GREEN AREAS WILL BE LANDSCAPED WITH HARD AND SOFT LANDSCAPING AS PER DESIGN. THE PARKS WILL HAVE FOOTHPATHS, SITTING, AREAS AND PLAY AREA FOR CHILDRENS.

Tree Planting

THE TREES WILL BE PLANTED AT ALL SUITABLE LOCATIOBS OF THE PROJECT AND ALONG THE BOUNDARY WALL.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

ELECTRICAL LAYOUT AND CAPACITY WILL BE INSTALLED TO FUFFICE THE DOMESTICS USE. ALL ELECTRICAL CABLING WILL BE UNDERGROUND AND STREET LIGHTS WILL BE AS PER WORKING DRAWINGS.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water
