Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation will be done as per approved Layout. Total No. of plots are 139.

On Going construction on site, Boundary wall is 3 Meter in Height to be built in 230 mm thick brick work.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water supply will be provided by developer through pump Room. Domestic water supply /irrigation water supply /treated water supply providing , laying and jointing in position HDPE PE 100 PN 6.0 MAINLINE PIPE CONFORMING to IS 4984 and suitable for the respecting working pressure with all fittings complete.

Sewer System

Sewer system will be provided by Developer and STP system is also proposed by Developer. sewer pipe of 150mm-300mm diameter are laid on site.

Drain

Strom Lines have been provided by developers along with Roads. providing and laying cement concrete 1-5-10(1 cement-5fine sand-10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) below S.W. pipes including bed concrete as per standard design.

Parks

Land has been reserved for Park as per Layout. landscaping work will be done in parks including all plants and grass, pathways , sitting area and children play area.

Tree Planting

Tree Planting will be done along the roads as per approved Layout.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electrical substation are proposed by developer. Supply and erection of electric pole grounded with p.c.c. 1-3-6 including excavated refilling, painting of all completion of the work supply and installation of G.I. wire earthing and installation of transformer.
