Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

o Main Supply Line: Secure main water supply with adequate pressure. o Distribution: Plan vertical risers and horizontal distribution for all floors. o Sewage and Vent: -Outline systems for proper drainage The water line is connected to the water source, which will be a municipal water treatment plant, a well, or another water supply source. Pipelines, pumping stations, and controlvalves are installed to convey water from the main pup station to various parts of thebuilding and site . The distribution network is designed to optimise flow rates, pressure levels, and water quality and builthroughout the system.

Sewer System

A centralised sewer system will beprovided, a300 mm to 600 mm diameter R.C.C. sewer line will be provided. The manhole size will be 900 mm dia (main), and the sub-branch line will be 600 mm diaof the manhole provided as per design of MEP system.

Storm water system will be provided which will be connected to the Municipal drain line as per specified plan.

Many types of bushes and tree will be planted. Planted trees and bushes is the part of green area as per sanctioned plan.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

ACentralized transformer(1250 KVA Capacity), HT panel, LT panel, Feeder Pillar, and DG backup(250 KVA capacity) for common services like external lighting. is proposed as per sanctioned plan. L.T./L.V. line, Feeder pillar, Ip-43, Street lights, will be provided. A 600x600 mm manhole will be provided for the L.T., L.V., and H.T. lines

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

A separate sewerage network will be provided. An R.C.C. sewer line will be installed. Manholes of 900 mm diameter will be provided as per the MEP system design. The proposed network will discharge the sewage into the proposed STP. The capacity of STP is 250KLD

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

For Waste management and garbage collection Dust-bins are proposed in open areas. After completing the project, it will be operated by the local municipal corporation
