The project comprises total 54 plots from the range of 50 Sq Mt to 300 Sq Mt properly demarcated, through their border line by brick work. Total project has 1 no. entry and exit point from Bangla Bazar Road. Project is surrounded on east side by LDA Land, west 45 mtr road, South side Plot no GH1 and north side Abadi.
Boundary wall is 7.5 Mtr High and 3 side made with 5 inch wide brick work as plastered wall with 1 - 3 -6 cement concrete foundation at one side with Iron Rod and properly structured with thick compounds. Entrance have security Guard Room.
All internal roads with interlocking with 125 MM GBS and 15 MM, M30 Grade PQC on pavement area including pathway with curb stone as suggested by Architect with approved map and connected with main road.
All footpath and internal road have narrow footpath with paver and pavement on pathway with curbstone and according to LDA map, These Road are developed and completed fully.
Project have own overhead Water storage tank having height of 25 mtrs. and water supply through boring of tubewell of 300 mtrs depth togather with pump house to ensure adequate 24 hours water supply with purity and quality. This project has plan to supply water at each plot and work fully completed.
Proect has underground sewer line at depth 0 to 1.5 MTRS. with 600 MM dia RCC NP-3 hume pipe. There is suffecient capacity of Centralised Sewerage system placed. All Sewerage water flowing from STP of 100 KLPD for treatment . Fully Completed.
Strom water system is provided, Strom water from roads and other land scape area is connected to strom water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit / water colletcion pond for recharge of ground water and overflow is connected with municiple drain line. Drain as mark in sanctioned map Available at each plot and Completed as per Map.
2452.15 Sq Mt Park area provided with buitification along with green area, Play area for children and different recreation activities as mentioned in approved Map. Park duly demarcated with wall and safe for childrean and old age persons.
The trees category of ornamental, shady, and native species is planted in the entire project open space as per availability of green land area. Tree Planting in park area and in open space fully grown. all well groomed tree are planted now have full grown.
POwer illumination and common lighting of all comman area including area allocated to the common services with high street pole and underground cable. For electric supply 11KV double pole structure installed with Light feeder pillar. All electric designs have earthing and lighting conductor. The project is equipped with a transformer of 500 KVA which is 25 excess of required load of project. Electric supply is sent through underground cables that is aluminium conducted PVC insulated armoured serve sheated cable 1100 volt grade at the depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm thick sand and available at each plot as per map and fully functioning.
Community Building not available but while formation of RWA it will take care
STP of 100 KLD is installed and working as centralised system and fully functioning as per LDA Norms and working. It is connected with each plot and finally join to centralized system, recycle water is used for gardening, flush tank and washing.
Project has waste segregation area along with 2 bin system of dustbin at marked area for collection of segerated. all waste from one point handed over to the government agency of waste collection.
Project has well designed rain and strom water mangement system with pit and pond at utility area. All rain water of each plot connected with centralised system.
Project have wide open area available sunlight and fresh open air ventilation at each level of plot. For Common area light use LED and STP and pump room all equipement five star energy saver equipement. available.
Open area is placed for fire protection and all cable are insulated and have fire proof with ISO norms and motor and other equipments are have fire safety norms.
