All the Plots , the plots for Villas and the Towes of the project along with project land will be demarcated as per the aaproved map by FSDA. The Roads and alignment will be maintained exact. The building lines will also be clearly demarcated .
The six to eight feet high boundary wall will be constructed in the project at required locations . The Brick wall in plaster mortar will be minimum 4 feet deep. The wall will be plastered and paimnted with all weather paint.
The Rigid pavement will be constructed in the project. The thickness will be as per design requirement for the project. The subgrade and the granular base as per design will be compacted to required density and slope. The width of Main road is 15 m and the side roads are of 9 to 12m.
The Interlocking paving tiles/ blocks will be used for the sections of footpath. The block will be laid on the sand layer and the compacted layer underneath.
The potable ground water will be pumped to the underground water tank. There on the water will be supplied to the terrace tanks of the Towers and Villas. The water tank will be having the capacity of 150000.00 ltr
The underground sewer lines will be constructed in the project to cater for the domestic . The hume pipes with inspection chamber/ manholes will be installed as per design and slope to take the sewer under gravity to the sewage treatment plant.
The undergrond/ at ground drains will be installed in the project . The drains and the storm drains will will have the inspection chambers as per design.
Parks will be developed as per the layout plan and the landscape plan. The parks will have the facilities for elderly and kids. The parks are in approximately 5000 square meters
Trees will be planted in the periphery of the parks and at all suitable locations of the project. The tress selected will be based on the usage and the suitability to the land. Approximately 1000 trees will be planted
The separate transformer will be installed in the project . Underground cabling and the street lights will be installed in the project. The towers will have separete control panels. The electricity line will be provide to each unit of the project.
The community building will be constructed in the project at the location specified in the project. The community building will be for the residents of the project.
The state of art multi stage treatment plant will be installed in the project. The domestic sewer will be led to the the STP by the sewer lines. The collected sewer will be treated in the stages and the effluents will be brought down to the permissible limits as per prevailing norms before disposal to the designated location. The STP will of 175 KLD.
The dalb ghar as per the approve lauout will be constructed in the project for the cllection of wet and dry domestic waste. Theron the collection arrangementswill be ,made as per local Authotity provisions.
The rainwater harvesting pits will be installed in the project . The harvesting pit will have the staged filtration arrangement . The rain water collected will be collected,filtered and led down throght the perforated pipes . The depth of pipe will be kept just above the water table.
The green building technology will be adopted in the project along with energy saving LED lights in all common areas along with street lights.
The wet riser system will be installed in the project along with dedicated water tanks. The hand held fire extinguishers will also be installed on each floor as per fire department norms.
The common facilities for the welfare of the residents will be developed in the project.
The stairs are designed to assist the easy egress of the residents in caseof fire. The fire escape plan and the guidelines will be placed at all necessary locations of the project.
The works for the improvement of theprojects will be done.
