The Project land will be demarcated with the boundary wall using the state -of -art Survey equipment . The boundary will be marked as per the Approved map by FSDA.
6 to 8 Feet high boundary wall will be constructed. The wall of brick will be plastered and painted. The wall foundation will be minimum 4 feet deep and the design will be earth-quake resistant.
The road work in the compound will be of interlocking paver blocks. The Paver block of 6 inches in M-30 grade will be laid over 50mm of sand to arrest displacement and deflection. The subgrade below will be compacted to minimum density of 98 percent with selected earth.
The Footpaths will also be constructed similar to road work with the thickness of interlocking tiles as 4 inches
The ground water will be pumped through a submersible pump. The water will be first store in the underground tank from where it will be pumped to the terrace tank/s . The 24 hour water supply will be given to the residents of potable water for the domestic use.
A sewerage system consisting of soil pipes and U chambers will be installed in the entire project carrying the sewer to the man holes. The sewer lines will also have the check points for maintenance . The sewer will be carried to the local sewer line for disposal
Lined covered drains at the ground level and the PVC drains along the building will be constructed to cater for the domestic needs and the runoff. The inspection chambers will be installed at bends and cross drains to assist maintenance and rapid regress of drain water.

The tress will be planted at all suitable locations of the project primarily along the boundary wall. The tress selected will be all season tress suitable to the flora and fauna of the project geographical location.
Electrical supply will be provided to each individual unit and the entire common area as per the sanctioned load by the electrical department. all the necessary arrangement will be put in place to receive and distribute electricity . The provision for power back up is also planned for the project. The street lights of minimum 4.5 m height will be installed along/over the boundary wall . The Long lasting LED lights of required Lumens will be installed.

The domestic sewer coming though the sewer lines will be disposed to the local body sewer line. The filter screen and the man holes will be constructed to maintain the flow and the rapid removal of the sewer. The slopes of the sewer lines will be maintained to maintain the flow head.
All the necessary arrangements will be made to cater the domestic needs of solid waste disposal. The Dustbins will be installed at all floors and the common areas of the project. The collected waste will be disposed of to the the designated landfill area.
A rain water harvesting pit will be installed to collect the rain and surface run-off. A recharge pit with de-silting tank through the bore of 300mm dia. of the casing-strainer pipe will be installed to recharge the water table

The fire norms will be applied through out the project. the wet risers will be on all floors along with alarm system. The fire extinguishers will be installed on all floors and the common areas.

The stairs are designed to assist the rapid and smooth egress of the residents . All the safety norms will be applied through the project. The Fire safety norms will be provisioned in totality.
