Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation of Plots are completed at site.

Boundary Wall

Project area boundary wall will be constructed by the promoter and for individual plot, the boundary wall be constructed by the allotees.

Road Work

9/12/18/24 mtr wide Bitumen road will be constructed as per approved layout.

Footpaths

Both side of road, Footpath will be developed, width 2.0 or 3.0 mtr, as per road width.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water supply including drinking water facilities will be provided by promoter through common Over Head Tank.

Sewer System

Common S.T.P will be constructed by promoter, for Hi-Tech township for Sewer Disposal. All sewerage water will be connected to the STP for treatment.

Drain

Drainage system will be developed and connected with rain water harvesting. and over flow will be connected with Existing Drainage system.

Parks

Park/Green area will be available in Hi-tech township will be developed by the promoter.

Tree Planting

The tree of category ornamental, shady and native species shall be planted in the entire project as per the species recommended in the landscape in order to maintain greenery and natural view.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

ESS will be constructed in Hi-tech township, electric supply will be provided through ESS. Streetlight will be fixed on road berms.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Centralized STP will be constructed at site and sewerage from all plots will be connected to the STP for sewage treatment. The recycled water will be utilize for park and green area.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Project shall have waste segregation area. The solid waste shall be encouraged or segregation within all plots. The dustbins shall be provided for segregation waste in the common area and other waste shall be handed over to the government vendores for further disposal.

Water Conservation System

A well designed rain water harvesting system as per codes shall be provided for the whole project to conserve water by ensuring adequate nos. of recharge pits

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Energy management system including use of renewable energy will be provided as per Govt. Norms. The project aims to conserve natural resources and implement optimized energy-efficient systems, aligning with sustainable building practices to promote a positive impact on the environment and long-term perational efficiency.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All fire norms shall be followed as per NBC code and approval of fire department, fire sprinklers, smoke detectors with pumps are provided as per norms.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Common Social infrastructure and public amenities including public health services will be provided in the township.
