Demarcation fo Project to be done at site as per Approved Layout. Site is surronded by 18 mtr road from North, Kisan path road from South and other plots by East and master plan road in west.
1.5 - 2.4 m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed or with MS railing as per approved design. Brick Work of 9 inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design,
7.5 mtr wide drive-way, 6 mtr wide fire tender path by Bitumen road/CC will be constructed as per approved layout or as per requirement and designed by promoter.
Both side of road, Footpath will be developed width 1.0 to 1.5 mtr. with tiles pavers or equivalent finishes or as per requirement of landscape design.
All floors must be equipped with domestic water for sanitary activities and STO (Sewage Treatment plant) treated water for the flushing system. Required Tree approx 100-120 nos, will be planted in GH-2 within parks, road side and boundary as per requirement and norms.
Common ESS developed for Metro city township. Electric supply will be provided from ESS. Street lights will be fixed at road berms as per requirements and design.

Centralized Sewerage system for entire Group Housing shall be connected to STP. All sewerage water after treatment shall be used in Irrigation of green areas and as per Govt. norms.
Project shall have waste segregation area. The solid waste shall be encouraged for segregation with in all apartments. The dustbins shall be provided for segregated waste in the common areas.
A well designed rain water harvesting system as per govt. norms shall be provided or the Group Housing to conserve water by ensuring adequate nos. of recharge pits
Energy management system will be provided as per Govt. Norms
All Fire norms shall be followed as per NBC code and approval of fire department. Fire sprinklers, detectors with pumps are provided as per norms.
