Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation fo Project to be done at site as per Approved Layout. Site is surronded by 18 mtr road from North, Kisan path road from South and other plots by East and master plan road in west.

Boundary Wall

1.5 - 2.4 m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed or with MS railing as per approved design. Brick Work of 9 inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design,

Road Work

7.5 mtr wide drive-way, 6 mtr wide fire tender path by Bitumen road/CC will be constructed as per approved layout or as per requirement and designed by promoter.

Footpaths

Both side of road, Footpath will be developed width 1.0 to 1.5 mtr. with tiles pavers or equivalent finishes or as per requirement of landscape design.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

All floors must be equipped with domestic water for sanitary activities and STO (Sewage Treatment plant) treated water for the flushing system. Individuals may utilize an RO (reverse osmosis) system as per their specific requirements for potable purposes. To facilitate this, water tanks are being constructed underground and on the terrace. Separate tanks are designated for fire water.

Sewer System

Common S.T.P will be constructed by promoter, for GH-2, at site for Sewer disposal.

Drain

Drainage system will be developed and connected with RWH and over flow will be connected with Existing Drains.

Parks

Common Park.Green area approx 2300 sqm will be developed in GH-2. And will be developed as per approved plan and requirements.

Tree Planting

Required Tree approx 100-120 nos, will be planted in GH-2 within parks, road side and boundary as per requirement and norms.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Common ESS developed for Metro city township. Electric supply will be provided from ESS. Street lights will be fixed at road berms as per requirements and design.

Community Buildings

Common community building as per approved layout, will be provided for GH-2

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Centralized Sewerage system for entire Group Housing shall be connected to STP. All sewerage water after treatment shall be used in Irrigation of green areas and as per Govt. norms.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Project shall have waste segregation area. The solid waste shall be encouraged for segregation with in all apartments. The dustbins shall be provided for segregated waste in the common areas.

Water Conservation System

A well designed rain water harvesting system as per govt. norms shall be provided or the Group Housing to conserve water by ensuring adequate nos. of recharge pits

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Energy management system will be provided as per Govt. Norms

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All Fire norms shall be followed as per NBC code and approval of fire department. Fire sprinklers, detectors with pumps are provided as per norms.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Fire Staircase is provided in the each buildingl with fire resistant door and Adequate signage is also provided.
