Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The project land will be demarcated with the boundary wall. The plot will be demarcated as per approved map from FSDA maintaining the offsets of boundary wall to building line.

Boundary Wall

The brick wall will be plastered and Painted. The wall foundation will be to ensure the earthquake resistance. The cement mortar will be used t bond and the all season paint will be used.

Road Work

The paver block interlocking patter will be laid over the sand bed of 50 to 80 mm. The layer underneath will be compacted granular layer. The strength of the paver block will be as per design under anticipated load. the minimum thickness of paver block will be 80mm M-35.

Footpaths

The interlocking pavers will be laid over the sand bed and compacted granular layer.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The ground/ Municipal water will be pumped to the underground water tank of capacity 35KL. The water from there will be pumped to the terrace tanks and in turn supplied to individual units through PVC pipes.

Sewer System

Sewer System will be installed in the project. 110 OD UPVC pipes will be installed for soil and waste water. also the Vertical and multi floor trap along with man holes and inspection chambers will e installed. The sewer will be lead to STP

Drain

Sub Surface lined drain with inspection chambers will be installed at ground and 110 OD upvc pies in building to cater for waste water through multi floor traps . The drain water will be discharged in the municipal drain

Parks

The park will be on the adjoining land of the project

Tree Planting

Tree plantation will be done along the boundary wall of the project . The trees selection will be as per local soil type and considering the growth patter so as no to interfere with the project utilities.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The electrical supply will be done as per approved design and load from the local electrical body. The electrical distribution will be done with boxes and individual meters will be for each unit. The load approval will be s per required load for projects common areas and facilities along with domestic usage.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

The state of art multi stage sewage treatment plant will be installed of capacity 57KLD covering the area of 60 square meter with height of 6m. The sewage will be treated to bring the effluents within limit for safe disposal.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

The waste collection bins will be installed on each floors and common location and the collected waste will be disposed through the existing municipal collection method.

Water Conservation System

The rain water harvesting pit with multi stage filtration system will be installed in collection chamber where the rainwater on surface runoffs will be collected and discharged to ground through 150mm diameter perforated pipe.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

The project will use all the green technologies and electrical methods for construction and development of the project.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

The fire extinguishers will be installed at all floors and common areas. The wet riser system with separate water tank will be installed as per the approved norms of the fire department

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Emergency Evacuation Services

The stairs will be designed to assist the emergency evacuation. All the norms of fire department will be followed for safe access in case of fire
