The proposed township shall supply electric supply through 33 KV sub-station from where power shall be supplied at 11 KV level through various underground 11 KV feeders to the distribution transformers of 11 KV / 433 KV variation and then the LT underground distribution system Electric cabling we will used LED lights fitting in external areas

Treatment and disposal system of sewage and sullage water will be treated in the STP proposed in the various zone in the township Under ground drainage system.
As all the waste will be segregated at source only after that all the organic waste generated in this township will be used after its treatment to make it zero-waste discharge township however all the e-waste and toxic water and recycleable waste will be handed over to the agency suggected by muzaffarnagar Developemt authority else we will hand over such waste to the hired government approved solid waste managment agency from the market
Every household will get piped water supply through a designed system and no area will be allowed to install their own individual system of water supply
Solar lights in the Park and common area and EWS LIG area will be provided partially to save the energy
a reserve for fire fighting has proposed in the township
In this New Township social infrastructre such as schools Community centers club Post office etc are provided to make this township convenient for living
