Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation of plots will be done as per approved layout. The total numbers of plots are 38 nos.

Boundary Wall

The boundary wall is in 3 Mt. high that is built in 230 mm thick brick wall in first class brick work in a ratio of 1;6 mix, with providing column in every 4 Mt. expansion joint and beam for high durability damp proof course layer will also laid , for moisture resistant purpose.

Road Work

Internal road is 15 Mt. , 12Mt. wide. All road are RCC with proper compaction 8inch boulder will be use, ready mixed concrete will be used which is manufactured in fully automatic batching plant, and designed upto 100 Mt. load capacity.

Footpaths

A 3 m wide footpath runs all along the fence outside a park. Footpaths provide an excellent opportunity for exercise as well as movement. footpath can be used as decorative cycle paths, running paths, and many others. As such, these footpaths need to be designed with access in mind. They must also be durable, safe and esay to maintain.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water supply will be provided by the developer through overhead water tank. All water supply pipes elbows, tee, socket etc. will be of uniq make ISI marked.

Sewer System

STP (sewerage Treatment Plant) is proposed by developer of 75 KLD of MBBR technology with clog pump, irrigation pump etc.

Drain

Providing and laying cast in site RCC drain, strom water lines will be provided by the developer along with roads.

Parks

Park are the gathering spaces for the entire neighborhood. As a result, more people spend their time in the park. cut grass and manicured trees give attention to the people,while childrens play area is also provided in the park, where all the children are of the society will enjoy and play outdoor games. It also inludes picnic , bencnes, walkways , recreational , trails, shade structures and lighting.

Tree Planting

Plantation will be done by the developer as per layout. Tree planting is cost- effective, thus making it simpler to achieve the goal of making the earth a safer place by making it free from pollution. The effects of climate change can also be controlled by increasing the rate of tree pollution.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Street lighting lines will be laid along the road, the distance between street lighting will be 15 to 20 MTS. Electrical substation will also proposed by developer.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

STP system proposed by the developer for treatment and disposal system of sewage and sullage water. Sewer lines are around 150-300 mm.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Solid waste management and disposa; system will be done by the developer. All drain pipes and rain water pipes to be make 6kg pressure pipes ISI marked and all pipes pvc fitting to be of ISI marked. Gully traps and main hole as per detail drawing.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting tank will be constructed by the developer. It is used to transport the harvested water from the catchment to the recharge zone. It improves the quality and quantity of ground water. It also reduces soil erosion, strom water runoff, flooding, and pollution of surface water with fertilizers, pesticides, metals and other sediments. It maintain is very imp to maintain water level.
