Demarcation of plots will be done as per approved layout. The total numbers of plots are 38 nos.

Rain water harvesting tank will be constructed by the developer. It is used to transport the harvested water from the catchment to the recharge zone. It improves the quality and quantity of ground water. It also reduces soil erosion, strom water runoff, flooding, and pollution of surface water with fertilizers, pesticides, metals and other sediments. It maintain is very imp to maintain water level.
