Road will be constructed as per the sanctioned layout plan. Earth filling work sub grade preparation and final premix carpet will be done in stepwise development work. The roads in New Kanpur City has been designed with variety of road width from 30 M( Length - 500 M Approx.), 24 M (Length-1434 M), 18 M(Length-913 M Approx.), 12 M(Length-308 M Approx.), 9 M(Length-2671 M Approx.) and 7.5 M(Length-626 M Approx.). Adequate pedestrian pathways have been incorporated along the road network to promote safe and convenient movement of residents and visitors.
The footpath will be developed with interlocking tiles. The footpath will vary according to the ROW varrying from 1.25 M to 4.5 M as per road width.
The water will be supplied through borewell to Underground Tank and will be treated by water treatment plan. - Total required Capacity is : 12600 KLD, - Proposed Capacity for PART-01: 3000 KLD. Balance capacity will be installed in phase-wise development in future. - Purpose: Treatment of raw water to meet potable and domestic usage standards. Water will be transferred from WTP to Domestic water tank . From Domestic water tank the water will be pumped to Overhead Tanks. Water supply to the township will be through gravity system from Overhead reservoir. RCC piping with manholes at required locations have been proposed for New Kanpur City Township to manage waste water efficiently. The diameter of Sewer pipe is 150 mm to 800 mm as per population. The material of pipe is RCC NP2.
RCC channel drains are proposed of width varying from 400 mm to 1500 mm. The depth of each drain varies according to slope.
Parks shall be developed as per the sanctioned layout plan and designed as attractive recreational spaces for residents of all age groups. The parks shall include landscaped lawns, avenue plantations, ornamental shrubs, childrens play areas, paved walking and jogging pathways, seating arrangements, open green spaces, and other amenities to promote community interaction, recreation, and a healthy lifestyle. Adequate lighting and landscaping features shall be incorporated to enhance safety, usability, and aesthetic appeal.
