THE PROJECT LAND WILL BE DEMARCATED BY ITS BOUNDARY WALL TO THE EXACT SHAPE, SIZE AND ORIENTATION AS PER SANCTIONED MAP BY LDA.
A 2.4M HIGH BOUNDARY WALL OF BRICK AND PLASTIC WILL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH DEEP FOUNDATION TO BE EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT. THE WALL WILL THEN BE PLASTERED AND PAINTED AS PER ESTHETICS.
A PAVEMENT QUALITY CONCRETE WILL BE LAID IN THICKNESS 200MM ON TOP OF COMPACTED DRY LEAN CONCRETE/COARSE GRAINED SUB BASE.
AN M-15 GRADE OF PAVERS BLOCK/INTERLOCKING TILE WILL BE LAID IN THE PROJECT FOR WALKING AREAS. TILES WILL BE 3 TO 4 INCH THICK AND THE COLOR PATTERS WILL BE LASTING AND VISIBLE AT ALL HOURS.
WE WILL FILL THE 2 UNDERGROUND DOMESTIC WATER TANK EACH CAPACITY OF 100KL THROUGH THE BOREWELL , AND FROM THERE THE 2 OVERHEAD WATER TANKS ON TERRACE HAVING CAPACITY OF 100KL EACH WILL BE FILLED USING PUMPS. WATER SUPPLY TO THE FLATS WILL BE PROVIDED THROUGH TESE TANKS. SEPARATE SUPPLY INES WILL BE LAID FOR THE TOP 2 FLOORS, ANOTHER DEDICATED LINE FOR OTHER FLOORS, AND SEPARATE LINE FOR THE REMAINING FLOORS. THE ARRANGEMENT WILL ENSURE THAT NO ONT E FACES ANY WATER PRESSURE ISSUED. WE ALSO HAVE 2 FIRE UNDERGROUND TANKS EACH WITH CAPACITY OF 100KL.
SINCE THIS IS AN LDA LAND AND FALLS UNDER THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, THESE FACILITIES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION. WE WILL CONNECT OUR SEWER LINE MEASURING 250MM DIAMETER TOT EH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION MAIN SEWER LINE .
A WELL DESINED SYSTEM OF COVERED AND UNDERGROUND DRAIN MEASURING 200MM DIAMENTER SHALL BE IN PLACE, STORM WATER AND ROOF RAINWATER WILL BE DIVERTED TO RAINWATER HARVESTING ARRANGEMENTAS PER NORMS.
AS PER THE SANCTIONED PLAN, THE BUILDING LAYOUT INCLUDES DESIGNATED GRENAREAS ON THREESIDES. WE WILL DEVELOP THE SITE EXACTLY AS PER SANCTIONED LAYOUT ENSURING ALL GREEN ZONES. THER EIS 1 GREEN PARK.
2-3 METER HIGHT TREE WILL BE PLANTED ALONG THE BOUNDARY WALL AND FRONT SIDE GREEN BELT PROVIDED BY LDA WILL ALSO BE.
WE WILL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT THE SYSTEM AS PER LOCAL ELECTRICITY BOARD AND WILL CONSIDERSENTRALIZED TRANSFORMER, HT PANEL, LT PANEL, FEEDER PILLERAND DG BACK FOR COMMON SERVICE LIKE EXTERNAL LLIGHTING, PUMP ROOM ETC AND LIGHT BACKUP TO FLATS.

MODULAR SEWERAGE SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED . ALL SEWERAGE WATER SHALL GO THE STP AND OVERFLOW FROM THE STP SHALL BE CONNECTED TO THE MUNICIPAL SEWERAGE SYSTEM.
THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE WILL BE MANAGED IN COORDINATION WITH LOCAL MUNICIPAL CORPORATION TO ENSURE PROPER HANDLING AS PER MUNICIPAL NORMS. ALL WASTE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES WILL FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES PRESCRIBED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY.
RECHARGEBLE WELLS AND PITS WILL BE PROVIDED TO FACILITIES EFFICIENT GROUNDWATER RECHARGE AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT. THESE STRUCTURES WILL BE DEVELOPEDAS PER THE APPROVED DESIGN TO ENSURE SUSTAINABLE AND COMPLIANT WATER RECHARGE PRACTICES.

SPRINKLERS WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE FLATS AS WELL AS IN THE COMMON AREAS, FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, THE FIRE SHAFT (WHICH INCLUDES VALVES FOR HOSEREEL TO SPRINKLE WATER AT THETIME OF EMERGENCY ) , THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WILL ALSO BE INSTALLED IN ALL COMMON AREAS.
