DEMARCATION OF PLOTS WILL BE DONE AS PER THE SANCTIONED MAP WITH PROPER SETBACKS

BOUNDRY WALL AT SITE WILL BE MADE OF FLY ASH / CLAY BRICKS WITH COLUMN BEAM STRUCTUTRE . THE HEIGHT OF THE BOUNDRY WALL WILL BE 06 FT. PLASTER WILL BE DONE ON BOTH SIDE OF THE BOUNDRY WALL AFTER THAT TWO COAT OF PAINTS WILL BE COATED.

Road Work

CONCRETE / APEX ROAD WILL BE MADE AT THE SITE. THE VASE OF THE ROAD WILL BE FILLED BY RED MURAM. AFTER THAT TWO LAYER OF AGGREGATE WILL BE LAYED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ROAD IS UPTO THE MARK , AFTER THIS THE TOP LAYER WILL BE COLOURED, BLACKE WHITE APEX. ROAD WILL BE 7.5 MTR TO 12 MTR WIDE.

Footpaths

FOOTPATHS WILL BE MADE BY INTERLOCKING TYPE B CONCRETE BLOCK PAVERS WITH A MINIMUM PATHS WIDTH 1.5 MTR THICKNESS 80MM

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

FOR WATER SUPLLY WE HAVE A PROVISION OF BORING WATER. WATER SUPPLY PROVISION WILL BE PROVIDED VIA SYSTEM OF PUMPS AND PIPES. WATER WILL GET STORED IN UNDERGROUND TANKS FROM THERE WILL GET SUPPLIED TO INDIVIDUAL UNITS PERSONAL TANKS. THIS WATER WILL BE USED FOR DRINKING AND DAILY USE PURPOSE .

Sewer System

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AT SITE , ALL WATER DRAINS WASTE DRAINS WILL COME CONNECT IN THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT. THIS STP WILL FILTER THE WATER THAT WILL BE USED FOR THE PLANTATION.

Drain

DRAIN WILL BE MADE BELOW THE FOOTHPATHS WITH CHAMBERS . DRAINS WILL BE MADE WITH BRICKWORK AND PVC PIPE OF DIFFERENT DIA, THE WATER FROM DUPLEX WILL COME THROUGH PVC PIPE AND THIS DRAINS AND A PROPER SLOPE WILL BE MENTIONED IN STP PLANT. THE WATER WILL GET COLLECTED THROUGH DRAINS IN STP PLANT

Parks

PARKS ARE PROVIDED IN THE COLONY. THESE PARKS CAN BE USED AS CHILDRENS PLAY AREA, JOGGING, SITOUT SPACE ETC.

Tree Planting

TREE WILL BE PLANTED AROUND 400 IN NUMBERS ALL OVER THE CAMPUS AND IN THE GARDEN AS WELL

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting
